Weekly group classes offer a unique + dynamic setting with the support of your peers. During the 6o minutes, Shay will lead you through a custom sequence she has created herself using her knowledge of asana (poses) and pranayama (breath) with a different focus each week! SHAYOGI provides blocks, belts + eye pillows for Savasana, for every class.

PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES

Maybe yoga in a group setting is not your thing? Or you have trouble finding the time to sneak in a yoga class between work, grocery shopping or picking up the kids! Let SHAYOGI YOGA come to YOU! From the comfort of your own home (or any place of your choosing), Shay will lead you through a 60 or 90 minute private yoga session. One-on-one classes offer specific modifications for your practice without having to step outside (unless that’s where we decide to do yoga!)
